On 11/18/08 Traci Hollett wrote on Share - I have a friend who was recently laid off from the Chicago Tribune Group in Chicago, IL. Her background is in project management with an emphasis on the development and marketing of e-commerce applications. Most recently she worked on developing Tribune Publishing's e-commerce advertising channel for all eight of their newspapers, and in the past worked on a global redesign of a recruiting website in partnership with Monster and TMP Worldwide. In addition she has strong experience in general marketing (from writing proposals, to managing events, to branding promotional items for companies.
She is open to any industry and is open to relocation both in the US and internationally. So if you know anyone who could utilize her background in their company, please feel free to reach out to her.

I am looking for a HR Manager to join my team! With all the changes in my department recently I am not 100% sure what the job will look like yet but I can tell you what it has been in the past: Benefits, Guest Liability, Safety, Work Comp, 401k administration, Crew Relations, and overall support for the 17 restaurants we currently operate. My team is also responsible for payroll, insurance, compliance, MIT training, legal matters, and recruiting. So when all the dust settles the job will be a combinaiton of them all.
