Employee Relations Training

Hello!

Does anyone have a training program that they would reccommend for a broad range of managment training? I are looking to find a program that would educate our managers on topics like harrassment, leaves, ADA issues, ect. We are currently considering a program from ELI but I am curious if others have found a better fit for our industry.

Please let me know if your program is through a vendor or homegrown training program.
