We are in the information gathering phase of looking at restructuring our performance evaluation process here at Famous Dave’s.
I am writing to ask if you have any examples of Performance Evals and or process that you could share with me. (You can scrub them to remove branding, if you wish!) We are looking to gather best practices ideas from our friends in the industry.
In addition, we are looking at the potential of separating them out by level in the organization and/or by ops in the field and corporate roles – does your company do this?
Any ideas you can share would be greatly appreciated!
