"Amanda's presentations are powerful, poignant and hit you right between the eyes. Her delivery is refreshingly honest, relevant and entertaining. All of our audiences that Amanda has spoken to always rate her as one of the conference highlights. If you are looking for a speaker that will deliver the message your audience truly needs to hear, then Amanda should be your first choice."

- Teresa Siriani, President People Report

“Amanda Hite is the queen of cool. Her facilitation style reeks of unpredictability and irreverence, all the while being both authentic and passionate in her delivery. This visceral interactivity separates her as being a true facilitator, versus just a speaker. Amanda Hite has positioned herself as one of the important voices in our industry and others. Listening to her share her thoughts in a facilitated session is simply refreshing.”

- Jim Knight, Sr. Director of Training for Hard Rock Café, CHART Leader

“Amanda is humble when she talks about her accomplishments but she is powerful when she speaks and brings an audience to the edge of their seats in the vast information that is out there to connect and reach out to all people. She has her fi nger on the pulse when it comes to steering the trends, social networking within multiple industries, and what attracts and retains people to companies.”

- Kelly Sullivan, President, Association of Hospitality Recruiting Executives (AHRE)

Amanda is one of the leading edge developers of unique solutions for recruiting, training, and retaining Gen Y employees. Staying on top of the evolving employment environment and technology is one of Amanda's greatest strengths."

- Beth Waldrep, Chief Administrative Officer Thomas and King Inc.

- Julie Geurin, Batrus Hollweg

"Amanda thinks differently. She thinks differently about people and recruiting and the way that talent should work. This not only makes her an amazing resource for talent, it also makes her a clear and present voice in our industry and a bellwether for change."

- Tiffany Stith , Director, Human Resources , Lawry's Restaurants, Inc.

"It is my pleasure to endorse Amanda. Amanda is a highly confident, talented, capable professional with significant real-world training and employee development and recruiting experience. She is one of the most impressive young professionals that I know. While Amanda is a fan and external spokesperson of FohBoh, we are equally a fan and supporter of Amanda. I look forward to each time we have an opportunity to share thoughts and drill down on what's truly important in business, and in life. She inspires me and is one of our most trusted and important advisors I have."

- Michael L Atkinson , Chief Executive Officer , FohBoh.com

"I have worked with Amanda for over six years. During that time she has demonstrated excellent instincts and judgement in hiring people. Amanda understands the work force and knows how to match talent to positions. She is always searching for ways to improve her knowledge and increase her skill sets. Ms Hite is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to staff and train. She has an acute awareness of the different generations and how they fit within the market place. I am very confident in her ability to grow Talent Revolution into a cutting edge company offering a variety of Human Resource services that are noticeably better than what is currently available. I will continue to utilize Amanda and her company whenever the need arises."

Love your video on Talent Buyers Market Amanda! You are preaching to the choir here! I've tried to impress this point, not only to recruiters in every organization I have worked for, but also to everyone at every level of the organization. Everyone needs to understand this principle so whether the candidate comes through the Support Center or the restaurants, they are treated as guests. I know people are stretched a little thin during these tough times, but we should never treat our neighbors shabbily. Bad for business, bad for karma!
