The #1 complaint I hear from job seekers is that they never hear back from the company who they either a) sent a resume/application to OR b) had an interview with.

Hanging out in online communities, meeting new people, learning and sharing ideas turns me on. I’m a serial networker. Way back when we began AHRE (before flat screen TV's and Facebook-I know, life was harsh), at one of our first meetings Lou Adler was our guest speaker. With all the layoffs happnening around the country within the retail and hospitality sectors, one would think that recruiting top talent would be easy, right? So many qualified candidates filling out applications..which ones to choose!?!
